Tips For Losing Weight When You Crave Sweets
- Limit your sweets to weekends or one day a week or one meal a week.
- Eat fruit every time you crave sweets.
- Keep sweets out of the house. If they are not there, then you can’t eat them.
- Avoid the sweet aisle in the grocery store.
